Winkwood warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. This warranty does not include damage caused by abuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear and any unauthorised tampering in any way. Scratches to lenses are also not covered by this warranty as this is considered normal wear and tear. Winkwood reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase from an authorized Winkwood dealer to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed defective, Winkwood will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

1) Send us an email at sales@winkwood.com and with your proof of purchase
2) Provide us with a brief description or photo of the fault.
3) We will provide you with further instructions for repair or replacement.

This product will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the warrantor. if it’s a discountinued item we will replace the product with an equivalent product. Winkwood shall not be liable for any damage to products as a result of improper packaging or damage during transit. DO NOT return faulty products to the store. Dealers are not authorized to provide warranty service on Winkwood products.
